amicaa’s corporate advisory business continues to grow with David Holmes joining as Director of Corporate Advisory.

David has over 17 years’ experience in investment banking, corporate advisory, strategy, and capital markets. David is based in Perth and his addition extends amicaa’s business to the region.

David previously worked with Macquarie Capital Advisors in Sydney, Hong Kong and London in M&A and ECM. He also has previous experience in the resources and health/aged care sectors.
