David has over 17 years’ experience in investment banking, corporate advisory, strategy, and capital markets. David is based in Perth and his addition extends amicaa’s business to the region. David previously worked with Macquarie Capital Advisors in Sydney, Hong Kong and London in M&A and ECM.

Maureen Baker
Director, Corporate Advisory
With over 25 years of experience Maureen brings a wealth of knowledge in financial markets, corporate advisory, and capital markets. Having worked at Goldman Sachs, Credit Suisse, Deutsche Bank and CLSA in Australia and Hong Kong covering both Australian and Asian equity markets, Maureen has developed an extensive network both globally and domestically.

Mischa Mutavdzic
Director, Corporate Advisory
Mischa brings more than 18 years’ experience across corporate advisory and structured finance. Prior to joining amicaa, Mischa was an Executive Director within Investec’s Global Resources Division and worked extensively on local and cross border mining and O&G transactions. Previous advisory and banking roles have also been held with Deloitte, Law & Economics Consulting Group and ANZ.

Michael supports corporate advisory clients with strategic transactions, delivering high quality analysis and project implementation. Before joining amicaa, he was an executive at RFC Ambrian and a lawyer at Allen & Overy.

Shaun Treacy, Senior Adviser, Corporate Advisory
Shaun brings over 30 years’ experience in corporate finance and investment banking. He has previously been a senior investment banker with JPMorgan, Lehman Brothers, Nomura and UBS. He has worked and lived in the United States, United Kingdom, Hong Kong and Australia giving him a broad range of relationships and global perspective.

Manny has over 30 years experience in financial markets, banking and corporate. Previously worked at UBS, Credit Suisse and RBC covering equities and equity derivatives, both domestically and internationally, having been based in London, Hong Kong and Sydney.
